Cabell County awards courthouse restroom renovation to Swope Construction

Edward Tucker Architects also reviewed the submissions and recommended awarding the project to Swope Construction.
Commissioner Nancy Cartmill moved to award the contract; Commissioner Jim Morgan seconded and the vote was unanimous. The commission did not record any abstentions or opposing votes. The motion included awarding the project to Swope Construction, Inc.; the commission did not specify an expected start date in the record.
