Planning board adopts Spencer Oaks and Franzetti actions, schedules Hubbard hearing and approves minutes

The board scheduled a public hearing for the Hubbard site plan to be held at Town Hall on Oct. 10, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. Finally, the board approved the minutes from its August 13 and August 27 meetings after a brief correction to the August 13 minutes.
All actions were moved, seconded, and carried by voice vote as recorded on the meeting record.
