Marshall County Fiscal Court approves County Clerk budget, hires parks employee and schedules Warnick Road hearing

Under new business, Commissioner Monti Collins moved and Commissioner Marty Barrett seconded approval of the County Clerk’s 2026 budget and the County Clerk’s Annual Order setting maximum deputies and assistants for 2026.
