School maintenance supervisor praises skilled trades, cites high team performance

He said the maintenance operation receives a monthly progress report through a satellite system and that "for the last year and a half, we've always met the mark plus some." He described the crews' average completion percentage per technician as "95 to 100% exactly," language presented here as his reported figure.
He praised teamwork across trades, saying HVAC helps plumbing and vice versa, and called the operation "a big old wheel with a bunch of little spokes" when everyone works together. There were no formal motions, votes, or policy actions recorded in this statement.
