Separately, the Harris Seacott Ridge subdivision on North Route 1 — described by staff as an 80‑unit, 40‑duplex project — returned with a revised phasing plan. The developer split construction into roughly 11 pockets to reduce the size of the performance‑guarantee requirement at any one time; staff estimated construction could proceed linearly over about five years.
Staff closed the administrative update by reminding members of an upcoming joint workshop with the Town Council on June 23 and noting that background materials would be distributed to the board ahead of the meeting.
