White City Enhanced Law Enforcement District appoints Rick Dyer chair, names Randy Sparacino vice-chair for 2026

Chair Colleen Roberts read the agenda and attendance, which included District Board Members Rick Dyer and Randy Sparacino, County Administrator Danny Jordan, County Counsel Joel Benton and Recorder Megan Cook.
During the Consent Calendar, the board considered minutes from the White City Enhanced Law Enforcement District meeting held June 4, 2025. District Board Member Randy Sparacino moved to approve the Consent Calendar “as read,” and District Board Member Rick Dyer seconded. The motion carried; those recorded voting aye were Sparacino, Dyer and Chair Roberts.
Under Discussion/Deliberation the board considered Order No. LE-1-26, an order appointing a chair and vice-chair for calendar year 2026. Chair Colleen Roberts read the order by title. District Board Member Randy Sparacino moved to appoint District Board Member Rick Dyer as Chair and District Board Member Randy Sparacino as Vice-Chair; Chair Roberts seconded. The motion passed with Sparacino, Roberts and Dyer voting aye.
With no further business, Rick Dyer, newly appointed chair, adjourned the meeting at 9:25 a.m. The minutes document bears signatures for Rick Dyer, Randy Sparacino, Colleen Roberts and Recorder Megan Cook and notes the minutes were approved on 06/03/2026.
