The Nance County Board of Equalization on May 26 approved a $26.97 refund to resident Allan Mohr for the first half of his 2025 personal property taxes after a correction to his 2025 Personal Property Schedule.
County Treasurer Ronda Malander presented a letter from Mohr and the original tax receipt, number 20263041, accompanying the request. Malander said the refund follows a correction on Mohr’s 2025 personal property schedule.
Board member Andy Ditter moved to approve the refund for 2025 taxes; Darren Nelson seconded the motion. The board’s roll call vote was recorded as unanimous: Ralph Horacek, Steve Crouse, Andy Ditter, Robert Voichoskie, Darren Nelson, Scott Russell and Timothy C. Cornwell voted aye; there were no nays or absences.
The refund was approved and recorded in the meeting minutes; the board adjourned later in the session.
