After brief discussion, Board member Robert Voichoskie moved to approve the exemption for 2026; Scott Russell seconded the motion.
The board’s roll call vote was recorded as unanimous: Ralph Horacek, Steve Crouse, Andy Ditter, Robert Voichoskie, Darren Nelson, Scott Russell and Timothy C. Cornwell voted aye; there were no nays or absences. The permissive exemption was entered for 2026 as approved by the board.
The board then moved on to other routine business and adjourned later in the meeting.
