Commissioners approve Auditor's Certificate items and personnel changes for The Meadows at Osborn Park

The Erie County Commissioners on May 18 approved a cluster of financial and personnel actions recorded under a Revised Auditor's Certificate.
Among the spending items the board approved were an additional $120,000 to Med1Care to provide staffing support services for The Meadows at Osborn Park and $7,762.50 to West Roofing Systems for work tied to The Meadows roof install, repair and recoat project. The board also approved an equipment outlay of $18,100 for a security camera system at the county landfill (Department of Environmental Services).
On personnel, the board accepted several resignations at The Meadows at Osborn Park (part-time LPN Terri Irby effective 5/22/26; part-time STNA Veshea Lee effective 5/11/26; full-time STNAs Joseph Skala and Tailor Danley effective 6/2/26), approved a rate increase for full-time LPN Devon Johnson effective 5/9/26 following completion of probation, and approved a request to recruit an intermittent cook at the Juvenile Justice Center.
These items were presented as part of routine county business and approved by motion with roll call votes recorded as All Aye. The board then recessed to other business and later adjourned.
