On May 6 the Town of Horseheads Planning Board reviewed a pre‑application from developer Steve Cardamone to amend the planned unit development (PUD) for Spring Creek Apartments at 150 Old Ithaca Road to add 12 units.
Steve Cardamone told the Board he plans to add 12 apartment units as part of a PUD amendment. The Board treated the submission as a PUD amendment requiring Town Board review and adopted Resolution #8 (motion by Board Member Ken Nicastro; seconded by Board Member Matt Mustico) making a positive recommendation to the Town Board.
The Board’s action forwards the applicant’s site plan and SEQR materials to the Town Board; the Town Board will consider the formal PUD amendment at a subsequent meeting.
