The West Bend Plan Commission approved two extraterritorial certified survey maps (CSMs) affecting properties in the Town of Jackson during its June 2 meeting.
John and Jim (staff) described the first item as a two-lot CSM at the southeast corner of County Trunk Highway NN and Maple Road for B and L Properties of West Bend LLC, separating a commercial/industrial corner lot from a southern agricultural parcel. Jim told commissioners the two-lot map is outside the city's sanitary sewer service area and planning area and staff recommended approval.
The second extraterritorial CSM, for Ahwit Living Trust, separates about 7 acres from a 25-acre parcel and includes a 50-foot road dedication consistent with the city's official map. Staff recommended approval of the one-lot CSM subject to minor corrections prior to recording. Commissioners placed both items on the floor, had no substantive discussion, and approved both by voice vote.
Staff noted no objections were received during public notice for the CSMs; the transcript records motions and that the motions "carry." The approvals do not change city sewer or planning jurisdiction and will be finalized when corrected CSM documents are recorded.
