AP 26-01 (revised findings and conditions): The commission adopted revised findings and conditions to implement a discretionary review path under OCMC geologic-hazard subsection L for development in identified geohazard areas. One commissioner recorded a 'no' vote limited to disagreement over the geotechnical interpretation; the motion carried.
Ordinance 26-1008 (utilities/stormwater code amendments): Commissioners directed staff to change references in section 13.16.100 to use 'use' rather than 'zone' for eligibility for stormwater reductions and to read that change into the ordinance language; staff will bring a revised version back for adoption. Commissioners also confirmed they do not intend broad residential stormwater exemptions at this time.
Ordinance 26-1009 (parking penalties): The commission approved the second reading of an amendment to municipal code section 10.8 (violation penalties) to raise certain penalties; the exact fee schedule will be adopted as a resolution at a future meeting (scheduled June 17).
No other formal relief measures for waterfront businesses were adopted at the June 3 meeting; staff was directed to return with options following an executive-session discussion.
