Staff member Bridget outlines draft strategic plan, schedules June and July workshops

Participants asked for clarity on timing and formats for workshops; staff said more details and draft materials would be circulated for review. The discussion concluded with agreement to continue work on the draft and to bring community feedback into the next set of planning documents.
