Clerk correction: For the professional services contract (resolution on the agenda) the clerk amended the resolution title on the record to correct the authorized not-to-exceed amount from $17,000 to $17,500 before the roll call vote, and the amended figure was captured in meeting minutes.
Votes and tally: Where roll calls were recorded the clerk recorded 'Yes' votes from Missus Fusilaro, Mister Franco and Mister Cabrera, producing unanimous approvals for the items recorded during the consent portion of the meeting. The clerk will post the adopted resolutions and the ordinance notice as required by law.
Next steps: Ordinance 1491 will return for a second and final reading and public hearing on 06/17/2026 at 5 p.m.; the clerk is responsible for publishing the required notice and posting adopted resolutions to the borough record.
