Staff estimated some changes could increase certain line items but would save money in construction overall (for example, revised HVAC work to retain existing systems rather than full replacement). The court said it expects additional contract actions in the coming weeks as architects finalize revisions.
Funding sources, project codes and the recommended procurement paths were presented in staff materials for each item and recorded in the minutes. The court approved each item by unanimous voice vote.
