Member Yeager moved to adopt the resolution with the deletion of condition number 5; Member Anstead seconded the motion. Chair (presiding) called for the vote; council members voted in favor and the motion carried. The council recorded the approval of Resolution 26-06-59, which references Property ID 21.00468.32. The motion removed the screening requirement along the roadway, leaving other conditions intact.
