Cadet Danielle Grande (S6) reviewed cadet-impact goals set by JROTC headquarters, including targets for leadership experience (80% of cadets in a leadership role), fitness and attendance/retention. Cadet Zoe Kwalek (S8) described the program's Thursday physical-training routines and recognition tiers for PFT results.
Board members asked follow-up questions about recruitment, armed and unarmed drill teams, event logistics and upcoming highlights; cadets said they participate in Veterans Day and Daffodil parades, host drum meets and help with district ceremonies. The board thanked cadets and administrators for the presentation.
