The mayor said soil testing at the corner of 137th and Claire Boulevard is complete and that advertising related to the project will be posted on the construction fencing. He projected the village hall structure would be finished by the first week of July but cautioned the public that the building likely would remain closed for an additional month or two to allow staff a safe and orderly move back into the facility. A community meeting about the project is scheduled to begin in mid-May.
