Jackson) and approved a lease agreement with Kevin Phillips (operating as Harold's Chicken) after Trustee Thomas Harper Jr. moved and Trustee David R. Dyson seconded that item; both motions carried on roll-call votes with all six trustees voting aye.
All formal motions were recorded as passing by roll-call votes listing the same six trustees in the affirmative. The meeting did not record any dissenting votes or abstentions for these items.
