The commission approved tentative plats for two Magic Ranch cases and moved a mix of other cases and continuances on the agenda.
Assistant county engineer Mohana del Zubi presented S‑009‑25 (Magic Ranch, ~40 acres, R7 PAD) and S‑031‑25 (Chrometry at Magic Ranch, ~76 acres, CR1). Staff found both requests met county requirements with the caveats noted in the staff reports: S‑009‑25 was approved with four stipulations and Findings 1–7; S‑031‑25 was approved with five stipulations, including a requirement that the final plat not be approved until adequate access improvements are dedicated and constructed.
The commission also processed continuance requests and separate motions to continue several cases (P‑Z‑PA‑018‑25, P‑Z‑021‑25, P‑Z‑PD‑015‑25 and others) to April or May hearing dates as requested by applicants and staff. Several continued matters will return on April 16 and May 21 for further public hearing and deliberation.
