Staff also reported a CareerLink on Wheels ribbon cutting: a new mobile CareerLink unit (supported with WIOA funds and outfitted for Starlink internet) will serve the six‑county North Central region, bringing job services to remote locations; Equis will operate the unit and is recruiting staff to run it. Separately, the Penn State Extension seed library program has expanded to all six libraries across Cameron and Elk counties, allowing residents to request free seeds for gardening.
