Maintenance worker tells board he was threatened by promoted supervisor

"He stood up and attacked me and the grounds department attempted to attack me and the grounds department held him back... he accused me of being a racist," Shenise said, describing the episodes and asserting that his supervisors did not act to restrain the behavior. He said multiple complaints and two lawsuits exist against the promoted supervisor and asked trustees to reconsider hiring or retention decisions that placed that person in a supervisory role.
