Greg Close, an HR professional who has worked in UC-affiliated settings, called for pressure on UC Davis leadership and greater transparency.
Regents did not take action during public comment. The allegations were raised again during the meeting and several regents acknowledged they had heard the concerns; no administrative response or formal investigation timeline was announced in the public record at the meeting.
The board may request follow-up materials from UC Davis administration and staff in subsequent meetings, but no formal motion or vote on the matter was recorded at the March 18 session.
