The Clackamas County Housing Authority on March 5 opened a public hearing to review its draft 2026 annual public housing plan and a Moving to Work (MTW) supplement. Callahan said the waivers under consideration cover asset verification, interim re-examinations and inspection processes. The housing authority will accept public comments through March 15, review submissions, and return a final plan to the board for approval in late March or early April; the plan must be submitted to HUD by April 17.
