A motion to authorize GLS to advertise the bids was made by the presiding officer and seconded; the court approved the action by voice vote. Staff (including a representative identified as Mr. Pat) will proceed with advertisement and return with bid results when evaluations are complete.
The action is limited to authorizing advertisement; the court did not yet award any contracts at this meeting.
