City engineering update: bids due June 1 for 1000 South roadway project

Baker said he is coordinating required permits with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and has begun collaboration with Public Works Director Ben Mower on a consolidated Design and Construction Standards document for Ballard City that will incorporate relevant water‑district and PWA 2024 standards. No contract awards were recorded at this meeting; staff and the consultant will return with bid results for council action on June 2.
