Snoqualmie Valley board unanimously elects 2026 president, vice president and legislative rep

The Snoqualmie Valley School District Board of Directors on Jan. 8 elected its officers for 2026, approving a slate of leaders by unanimous votes.
Director Vetali was nominated and confirmed as board president after members praised his prior service as vice president. The board conducted a roll-call vote and the motion to elect Vetali passed unanimously.
Director Milstein was nominated and elected vice president. Board members described Milstein as engaged across the community and said she brings energy and enthusiasm to the role; the vote was unanimous.
Director Price was nominated to serve as the board’s two-year legislative representative (2026–27). Members commended Price’s advocacy work on behalf of students across the district and unanimously supported her selection.
The officers’ elections followed routine approval of the meeting agenda and minutes and were accompanied by applause and brief remarks of thanks to outgoing role-holders. The board will continue its calendar-year leadership assignments through the district’s next organizational cycle.
No formal controversies or recorded dissents were raised during the officer votes; board members framed the elections as continuity of governance ahead of the district’s strategic work this year.
