Committee agrees to set priorities publicly and meet on second and fourth Wednesdays

Members agreed the compliant approach is for each participant to review the materials independently and bring priorities to the next public meeting for an open discussion.
Chief Edwards moved, and President Williams seconded, a motion that each member review Kevin's suggested priority list and that the committee prioritize all items at the next meeting; the motion passed by voice vote. The committee also voted to schedule regular meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 1400 hours. The chair then adjourned the meeting.
The committee directed staff to circulate the priority list and to prepare agenda time for an extended prioritization discussion at the next meeting.
