So, if there's a contractor that sees this and wants in on it, you can contact Cliff Clark and he can put you in right touch to get that," a commissioner said.
Officials said the timeline is tied to grant requirements, with construction targeted to begin in October or November so the project can be completed within two years of the grant award. The county will distribute bid packets and accept quotes from registered vendors.
