The board then adopted Resolution 2025‑21 to amend precinct boundaries for parcels annexed into the town of Eureka (to be included in Precinct 4), citing MCA sections 13‑3‑101 and 13‑3‑102. Commissioners unanimously approved the resolution by voice vote.
They followed with Resolution 2025‑22 to amend voting precinct boundaries for a small Libby annexation (Precinct 9); that resolution also passed by voice vote. Both actions were administrative steps to align county election maps with municipal annexations and were entered into the minutes for implementation.
