Separately, staff recommended a Dundy Crown elevator modernization (replacement of a Dover DMC control system) for $99,920 to maintain accessibility, citing vendor input that replacement parts are becoming obsolete. Work is scheduled for summer 2026. Administrators noted that several projects were included in the capital maintenance list approved during the FY26 budget process and emphasized use of cash balances built for these projects.
