Key actions approved: the repayment agreement with the Texas Division of Emergency Management and an immediate $225,000 installment to address a FEMA deobligation; a $39,477 budget amendment to complete installation of previously authorized security cameras; engagement letters for outside audit assistance (Barbara [name as recorded] and Charles E. Reed Associates) to help finalize fiscal-year financials; acceptance of the compiled financial statement from Emergency Services District No. 4; and authorization to pay presented bills across county funds.
The court also voted to table a broker-services proposal from Legacy Home and Ranch Realy pending receipt of the full package and to establish a committee to review county real property holdings and recommend sales or other uses. A motion to adjourn closed the session.
