It further provides that if any provision conflicts with a prior resolution, this resolution will prevail, and that sections are severable if part is adjudged invalid.

The resolution takes effect immediately upon adoption in accordance with 7-5-123 MCA and will be entered into the minutes and signed by the chair in accordance with 7-5-121 MCA, per the language read at the meeting.
