The Executive/Finance Committee recommended that the CCRPC Board appoint Bob Clark to the Agriculture Representative seat following staff review of his cover letter and resume.
Executive Director Charlie Baker explained the appointment is being made outside the usual biennial cycle after the incumbent, Tom Eaton, indicated limited attendance and willingness to step aside. Members commented favorably on Clark’s qualifications and his recent involvement with the regional plan update and Shelburne planning work.
Jacki Murphy moved to recommend Bob Clark to fill the Agriculture Representative seat; Joe Segale seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Staff noted CCRPC bylaws call for these appointments to occur in June and said they are working to return to the standard schedule.
