Lincoln County approves two claims and authorizes termination letter for Courtney Falls concession

On the Courtney Falls concession, staff and the county attorney said ongoing health-department concerns prompted the county attorney to draft a contract-cancellation letter, with an effective date in the packet of Sept. 30, 2025. The board approved sending the letter and authorized staff to re-open the concession for competitive bidding for the next season; the concession operator was referred to in discussion as "Miss Clark."
