The applicant said the operation will focus on entertainment rather than full food service and that hours will likely be in the 10 a.m. to 10–11 p.m. range with potential reservation blocks for simulators.
A motion to approve the façade passed with the condition that paint requirements be met and that staff be satisfied the rooftop equipment will be screened from site views. The commission recorded unanimous support on roll call.
