Staff reported 72 Sunset Drive fell off the agenda pending applicant amendments to accommodate a proposed event space. For the Cliffs hillside park renovation, staff said six proposals were received and five qualified; interviews with three consultants were scheduled with a contract recommendation expected to be presented to council late this month or early next.
BPAC submitted 18 grant applications this year; staff will review and forward recommendations to council. Staff also announced an upcoming council work session on Wildland‑Urban Interface code requirements and said PNZ will review related code amendments. On an enforcement matter, staff said they sent an enforcement letter to FedEx about non‑shielded nighttime lights and will either follow up with additional letters or refer the matter to municipal court if necessary.
