The Coeymans Planning Board approved a lot-line adjustment application for Queen's Recycling Center LLC at its June 4 meeting after the Albany County Planning Board deferred the referral to local consideration.
The board read tax map numbers and the county's recommendation into the record before taking action. Chair moved to approve the lot-line adjustment for the parcels located at Queen's Industrial Park Lane and Village Industrial Park Lane; a second was recorded, no members voiced opposition and the motion carried.
Board members agreed to sign the revised maps and a staff member noted the town's strict 30-day filing deadline in the system, advising the applicant to request an extension before the deadline if necessary. One board member arranged for map pickup logistics with town staff.
The county had separately deferred two other referred items — a barn renovation at 880 Bridge Street proposed as an events venue, and a 17-foot front-yard setback variance at 9 Youth Boulevard — to local consideration as well; those items will be scheduled for public hearings.
