"The applicant, representing Annie Lane Bridal, is only refacing the existing projecting sign so the applicant was not in attendance," deRoo said. The board said it was pleased with the updated artwork.
Board member Barnes moved to approve refacing the existing projecting sign; Gentry supported the motion. The minutes record "All present voting aye; Motion Carried." The public hearing was then closed on the same motion sequence recorded in the minutes.
The minutes do not list permit or project numbers. The action authorizes the updated artwork to be applied to the existing projecting sign frame and mounting bracket and imposes no new mounting or size changes.
