Hall County to accept Winter Harbor roads; encroachment agreement will keep HOA responsible for gate/landscaping

Winter Harbor HOA president Mitch Peavey addressed the board during public comment to thank commissioners and staff, specifically citing communication and coordination from county staff and legal counsel as helpful. The board placed the acceptance and encroachment agreement on consent.
