On a motion by Mayor Pro-Tem Bruce Johnson, seconded by Council Member Randy Travis, the Lawrenceville City Council entered executive session during its May 13 work session to discuss personnel, litigation and real estate. The motion carried with yea votes recorded from Mayor David Still, Mayor Pro-Tem Bruce Johnson, Council Member Victoria Jones, Council Member Randy Travis and Council Member Bryant Harris.
After returning to open session, the council reported that four real estate matters and five legal matters had been discussed and that no votes were taken while in executive session. The council then adjourned the work session on a motion by Council Member Victoria Jones, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Bruce Johnson, with a unanimous recorded yea vote.
