During the May 13 work session the council was briefed on multiple planning matters. City Manager Chuck Warbington said RZM2025-00023 (Curt Thompson; 464 West Pike Street) was withdrawn by the applicant and will return on May 27.
Todd Hargrave, Director of Planning and Development, presented RZC2026-0002 & BFR2026-0004 for Jennifer Hickey of Friendship Forest Academy, Inc. (521 Scenic Highway) and BFR2026-0002 for Charles C. Chang (351 West Pike Street). Hargrave answered council questions and confirmed both items will be sent to the May 27 regular meeting.
