Vienna council approves appointments, adopts consent agenda

The Vienna Town Council on June 1 approved two appointments and adopted its consent agenda.
Councilmember Remakes moved to reappoint Nate Panati to the Board of Architectural Review for a two‑year term beginning July 1, 2026 and expiring July 1, 2028. The motion was seconded and the clerk polled the council; the motion carried unanimously.
Remakes also moved to appoint Evan Fowler as the planning commission representative to the Windover Heights Board of Review for a term beginning June 2, 2026 and expiring June 2, 2028. That motion was likewise approved by unanimous recorded vote.
Following the appointments, Councilmember Anderson moved to adopt the consent agenda as listed on the official agenda; the clerk polled the council and the consent agenda passed unanimously.
The council then proceeded to regular business and later adjourned to a closed session. Appointments will be recorded in the official minutes and the town clerk was authorized to execute the certification resolution related to the closed session.
