Lancaster County outlines multi‑year Visitor Improvement Grant allocations and $500,000 annual cap

Meyer reiterated that applicants were informed of a $500,000 per‑year funding cap. The schedule lists projects including Meadowlane Pool and several cultural and sports organizations with multi‑year commitments.
Board members expressed support for proceeding with outreach and phase planning; staff will finalize contracts and return with any material changes.
