Richard Glunk of Willistown Township used the public comment period to urge commissioners to "do their jobs" and to stop what he described as a posted condemnation of his entire farm tied to the Spring Road culvert replacement.
Glunk said the posting has "destroyed my commercial horse business since April" and that, without clarification, he does not know "what's gonna happen to my honeybees." He said another individual had filed for a court order related to the Bureau of Land Preservation and that if commissioners were unwilling to act, "James Dupitza will be filing for a court order today, to force the commissioners to do their job."
The comment was made during the public comment period for non-agenda items. Commissioners did not take immediate action on the substance of the complaint during the meeting; staff follow-up or a future agenda item could address the concern.
