Approval of minutes
The Lancaster City Council voted to approve its work-session minutes from Aug. 12, 2020. Council member Marsh moved to approve and Council member Miller seconded; roll-call votes were in favor.
Employee grievance committee appointment
Council nominated and approved Mr. Hagwood to the employee grievance committee. Council member Harris moved the nomination and Council member Marsh (second) supported it; roll-call voting recorded affirmative votes and the appointment carried.
Executive session and report-out
The council moved into executive session to discuss (A) proposed contractual arrangements with Lancaster County, (B) a proposed sale of property and (C) Project Philadelphia. After returning to open session the mayor reported the council had discussed those items but that no action was taken during executive session.
Adjournment
A motion to adjourn was approved by roll call and the meeting closed.
