The presenter said two single‑family homes already exist on two of the lots and that the owner plans potential subdivision that could result in five lots total; the currently occupied homes would follow the annexation process at the time their owners elect to petition. “With the annexation, we'll annex it with the interim zoning of R 15,” the presenter said.
