Coventry council approves appointments, names representative for BOE talks

Under new business the council voted to appoint Council Vice Chairman Peter Larson to serve as the Town Council's representative in negotiations with the Board of Education and the Education Association of Coventry. The motion to appoint Larson was moved by Robyn Gallagher and seconded by Jon Hand; the minutes record that Larson abstained from that vote while Hand, Gallagher, Wheaton and Blanchard voted in favor.
