Those recorded as attending the closed session were Mayor Ben Klinger; Councilmembers Dick (Richard) Ledebuhr, Charlie Andring, Sandra Ramirez, and Cassandra (Cassie) Gilliam; City Administrator Dan Matejka; Director of Public Works Dave Schultz; and City Attorney Mike Flaherty. The minutes state that the purpose was to consider an offer for the property; the minutes do not record any vote or final decision resulting from the closed session.
Councilmember Andring moved and Councilmember Ramirez seconded the motion to close the closed session and reopen the regular meeting at 6:55 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 6:56 p.m.
