Goodview council approves Policies360 contract for police policies; also OKs compost operator and liquor license

Councilmember Charlie Andring moved and Councilmember Sandra Ramirez seconded approval of the outsourcing program; the motion passed with all voting aye.
Councilmembers also approved a 2026 contract with Bill Whetstone to operate the Goodview Compost Site and granted an off-sale liquor license to Kickass Store, LLC. Additionally, the council adopted Resolution No. 1298, exempting the Goodview Fire Department Relief Association from the lawful gambling license requirement for an event scheduled April 11, 2026.
